✿★*☆ Are your items authentic Japanese stationery?
Yes, all the items we sell are authentic Japanese stationery. If they are a licensed product, we will state it in the item description.
✿★*☆ How do you ship the order?
We use USPS First Class Package and USPS Priority Mail. The use depends on the size of the package.
✿★*☆ How do you calculate the shipping cost?
Shipping cost includes the actual shipping cost and the shipping and packaging materials. USPS charged the shipping cost by weight. So, we follow their rule.
✿★*☆ How long does it takes for you to process my order?
Please allow us 1 to 4 days of preparation time. Once, we ship the order, you will receive a notification along with the tracking number. Per USPS, delivery takes 2-5 days. Please note that once we give the package to the USPS, we are no longer in control of the package. A few time, very rare though, there are hick ups, the delivery time might get a little longer, especially during holiday season. We ask for your understanding and prepare your shopping time and delivery accordingly.

All orders are final; we do not accept a return. We make sure every order is process accurately and in timely manner and we want you to be happy with your items. In case there are issues with your order, please contact us and we will response within 48 hours. If we made an error to your order, rest assure that we will make sure you receive the correct items, send you a replacement or issue a refund.

When items are out of stock, we will issue a refund to the original payment method of your order.
✿★*☆ Do you ship internationally?
No. We only ship within USA.
